MANAGING MEMBER

Elizabeth has 25 years experience in real estate acquisitions, finance, project management, planning, entitlement, permitting, design, and construction. She has entitled over 1,200 units of residential, 1 msf of commercial, and 80 megawatts of solar by navigating challenges at a State and local level. She has been dedicated to affordable housing and modular construction since 2015. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.

RELOCATION DIRECTOR

King manages OakBrook's team in the field by collaborating with Clients, Owners, construction vendors, and staff. He also handles site security for OakBrook homeless housing developments. King is bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese). The Sze family settled in the Chinatown neighborhood of Oakland CA, where King’s mother created programs to further the prosperity of their immigrant community.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Chayanee is dedicated to helping nonprofits and vulnerable populations find space and housing through her experience as a Broker Associate in the Bay Area. At OakBrook, she oversees project application and compliance to Tax credit finance, Tax bond structuring, pro formas, public finance applications for affordable housing funding, Tax Credit Placed in Service applications and certifications, rental assistance and housing voucher facilitation.

RELOCATION FIELD AGENT

Darrian’s responsibilities include daily supervision of moving, transportation logistics, health and safety of team members and vendors contractors' satisfaction of unit delivery and most importantly resident care. Darrian comes from a background in construction and is certified in Osha 30, Hazardous waste removal, Lead Abatement, HAZWOPPER 40 and CPR/ First Aid.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

London is a dedicated administrative assistant at OakBrook. Specializing in organization, she manages deliveries, project inventory and procurement, and office operations. She also serves as a housing inspector facilitating HQS inspections and services as a Housing Navigator for practicing Section 8 clients.

PARALEGAL ASSOCIATE

Isabel is a paralegal for OakBrook and a Spanish translation agent. She manages legal documents, Spanish translation for resident communication, administration for memos of understanding, and legal notices. Isabel holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a minor in Immigration Law. Previously, Isabel worked as an Immigration Paralegal.

FINANCE ASSOCIATE

Joseline oversees the financial operations OakBrook. Her responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, managing accounting records, cash flow management, helps develop and implement procedures, and internal reporting. Ms. Camacho holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is fluent in both written and verbal Spanish.

HOUSING BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN

Brenda is a social service coordinator dedicated to enhancing the well-being of residents. She focuses on community well-being by conducting assessments, managing cases, referring resources, and engaging in community outreach. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she is committed to advocating for positive change and improving the lives of those she serves.
