Elizabeth Brady

Managing Member

  • Elizabeth has 26 years’ experience in real estate acquisitions, finance, project management, planning, entitlement, permitting, design, and construction. She has entitled over 1,200 units of residential, 1 msf of commercial, and 80 megawatts of solar by navigating challenges at a State and local level. She has been dedicated to affordable housing since 2015. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.

King Sze

Relocation Director

  • King is a Project Manager with OakBrook since 2018, overseeing development, construction, and relocation projects from inception to completion. Projects include both multifamily occupied rehabilitation and ground-up new construction. He leads projects through each stage of development, from securing funding and structuring budgets to onboarding consultants and steering construction administration all the way through project closeout, with additional experience in property management including lease-up, site coordination, and maintenance operations.

Joseline Camacho

Finance Associate

  • Joseline is a Finance Manager at OakBrook and specializes in financial administration, billing, and budget management for affordable housing programs and development projects. She manages public funding applications, reconciliations, draws, and audits. She works closely with accounting, operations, asset management, and project teams to ensure costs are accurately captured, supported, and billed in accordance with funding requirements. Joseline holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chico State.

Martin

Accounting Manager

  • Martin is the accounting manager  and oversees the accounting and bookkeeping services. He has six years of experience in the accounting and finance industry including experience with government, corporations, and non-profit organizations. He has a degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis with a Minor in Accounting. He also holds a professional license as a Certified Public Accountant. (Per CA Board of Accountancy, no assurance or attestation services are provided by Martin in relation to any services provided by OakBrook.)

Eden Ramirez

Senior Accountant

  • Eden is a Senior Accountant at Oakbrook where she is in charge of accounts payables, monthly financials, and aiding in the yearly audits. Eden has 5 years of experience in Accounting/ Auditing, where she audited Commercial and Tech entities, small governments, and Public School Districts. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College of California. 

David Hunt

Staff Accountant

  • David is a staff accountant with a strong passion for numbers and accuracy. His experience includes developing and monitoring operating and project budgets, analyzing variances and expenditure trends, and preparing reimbursement invoices and draw package.  He manages cost-reimbursement billing across multiple public funding sources, including budget-to-actual analysis, expenditure eligibility, contract compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.  David has a Bachelors from The King’s College in New York City.

Peter P. Bulkley Armas

Accountant & Data Advisor

  • Peter is Staff Accountant and Data Advisor. As part of the Third-Party Billing team, he supports clients by preparing invoices for their properties across multiple counties. He also specializes in budgeting, financial projections, and variance analysis, helping clients understand and anticipate their financial performance. As a Data Advisor, Peter is focused on advancing OakBrook’s use of AI, building tools and processes to increase efficiency and improve how data is leveraged across the company. Peter graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business in 2024 with a degree in Economics and a concentration in data analysis.

Mitchy

Accountant

  • Mitchy is an Accountant supporting clients with financial reporting and analysis, reconciliations, month-end close, and other day to day accounting functions. Her experience includes affordable housing, non-profit, and revenue accounting, as well as assurance services. Drawing on previous property management experience, she combines operational understanding with accounting expertise. She earned Bachelor’s degrees at the University of Texas at Austin and completed the accounting coursework required for CPA licensure through Santa Clara University.

Isabel Salinas

Paralegal

Charles Brady

Strategic Advisor

  • Mr. Brady provides real estate and construction expertise as well as financial advice. Also a licensed civil engineer, Mr. Brady managed a $6B capital improvement program which included the design and construction of 10 million square feet across the University of Texas system utilizing more than 100 Architectural & Engineering consulting firms with a institutional division staff of 25 direct reports. Additionally, Mr. Brady’s career included 25 years in oil and gas management both domestically and internationally for onshore and offshore assets. He is also an Owner and Board Member of Apogee Communication, a national telecommunications corporation.

Malik Franklin

Strategic Advisor


  • Malik is an Advisor for OakBrook and a Managing Partner of Verdant Capital Advisors, LLC, a financial advisory firm. He is also a Partner at SLB Capital Advisors, a real estate advisory firm and Northbridge Investments, a real estate investment firm. He has 15 years experience in investment banking with 10+ years dedicated to the real estate sector. His real estate experience include capital raising for REITs and other real estate organizations and has experience underwriting multifamily, office and retail transactions. He holds a MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Dartmouth College. He is a California DRE Brokerage Licensee (#01926241).
