Services for temporary Resident Relocation for Bay Area multi-family projects.

Our primary goals are to ensure the comfort and care of residents while supporting Owners and Project Managers through full accountability easing the Manager’s workload.

OakBrook provides these temporary off-site/on-site resident relocation services:

  • Redevelopment.

    Site redevelopment and revitalization.

  • Rehabilitation.

    Complete rehabilitation of the building.

  • Renovations.

    Unit-by-unit, residents-in-place, apartment complex renovations.

OakBrook’s team provides excellent service to our residents, on-site staff, and project teams. Frank G Mar Apartments

OakBrook provided residents relocation services for Frank G Mar, a multifamily apartment. OakBrook was responsible for relocating residents to onsite suites and offsite housing. OakBrook furnished and sanitized suites according to each household needs. OakBrook held individual resident interviews to create an in-depth service package including any disability, mental or special needs that is catered to each resident.

Madison Park Apartments

OakBrook provided services, including resident relocation, moving company coordination, weekly construction team meetings, project budget management, parking arrangement with the City of Oakland, transportation to and from off-site housing, door-to-door laundry service, and breakfast and lunch catering services.

Rodeo Gateway EAH

OakBrook is responsible for resident relocation of a 50-unit scenario development.  Special care is given to the medical and social needs of the residents and OakBrook works closely with Property Management for schedule coordination and unit repair documentation.
