During construction and building rehabilitation, our primary goals are to ensure the comfort and care of residents while supporting Owners and Project Managers through full accountability easing the Manager’s workload.

Homekey 1 Edes
Alameda County has approved the conversion of the former Comfort Inn at 8452 Edes Ave, Oakland, into permanent supportive housing, with Allied Housing leading the development funded by Measure A1 and the California Homekey Program. This project aims to support the homeless community by ensuring long-term housing for eligible households. The rehabilitation process includes managing the relocation of current occupants, as 50% of the building was occupied during development. This initiative highlights our dedication to providing sustainable housing solutions and addressing homelessness by leveraging public funding and collaborating with ownership.

Frank G Mar Apartments
OakBrook provided residents relocation services for Frank G Mar, a multifamily apartment. OakBrook was responsible for relocating residents to onsite suites and offsite housing. OakBrook furnished and sanitized suites according to each household needs. OakBrook held individual resident interviews to create an in-depth service package including any disability, mental or special needs that is catered to each resident.

Madison Park Apartments
OakBrook provided services, including resident relocation, moving company coordination, weekly construction team meetings, project budget management, parking arrangement with the City of Oakland, transportation to and from off-site housing, door-to-door laundry service, and breakfast and lunch catering services.

Rodeo Gateway EAH
