Alameda County approved converting the former Comfort Inn at 8452 Edes Ave, Oakland, into permanent supportive housing. Allied Housing will lead the project, funded by Measure A1 and California Homekey, to provide long-term housing for eligible households. Rehabilitation includes relocating current occupants (50% occupied). The effort uses public funding and owner collaboration to address homelessness and promote sustainable housing.

Frank G Mar Apartments

OakBrook provided residents relocation services for Frank G Mar, a multifamily apartment. OakBrook was responsible for relocating residents to onsite suites and offsite housing. OakBrook furnished and sanitized suites according to each household needs. OakBrook held individual resident interviews to create an in-depth service package including any disability, mental or special needs that is catered to each resident.

OakBrook is responsible for resident relocation of a 50-unit scenario development. Special care is given to the medical and social needs of the residents and OakBrook works closely with Property Management for schedule coordination and unit repair documentation.
