Madison Park Apartments

The Madison Park Apartments project involved relocating 98 occupied project-based voucher units for a full building rehabilitation, in collaboration with the City of Oakland and the Oakland Housing Authority. OakBrook managed a $2 million relocation plan, ensuring legal notice compliance, securing temporary housing for low-income residents, and overseeing professional moving services. Additional responsibilities included providing occupant counseling, facilitating personal property organization and disposal, and conducting wellness checks at off-site housing locations.
